These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your participation in Closlyo's early access waitlist. By joining the waitlist or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.
About Closlyo
Closlyo is a roofing software product currently in active development. This website exists to share progress updates and let roofing companies across Canada join our early access waitlist. The product described on this site is not yet generally available, and features, pricing, and timelines may change before launch. When the product launches, your use of it will be governed by a separate agreement, not these Terms.
Who can join the waitlist
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to sign up your company to join the waitlist. The waitlist is intended for roofing company owners and their teams; we may decline or remove a signup that doesn't fit that audience.
Early access and the waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the beta or the final product. We decide, at our discretion, who receives early access and when, based on factors like timing, location, and how well a business fits what we're building. We may change or discontinue the waitlist at any time.
Acceptable use
When you use this site, you agree not to:
- Use this site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the site beyond normal browsing
- Submit false information on the waitlist form
- Interfere with the site's security or normal operation
Your feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas — through the waitlist form, by email, or otherwise — you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it to develop and improve Closlyo, without any obligation to compensate or credit you.
Intellectual property
The Closlyo name, logo, and the content on this site — text, design, and graphics — belong to Closlyo. You may not use them without our written permission, except to share this site as intended.
Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our {privacyPolicy}, which explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
No warranty
This site and the waitlist are provided "as is." Because Closlyo is still in development, we make no promises about the timing, features, or availability of the final product. We'll do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Closlyo isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for bodily or moral injury.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montréal, Québec.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Closlyo regarding this site and the waitlist, and replace any earlier agreements on that subject.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product develops. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
